Change of mind

Before purchase, we ask that you carefully read the description of the product to avoid any misunderstanding of the item. It is possible that a discrepancy between the photos and actual goods exist, for example, stickers may appear larger in the photo than the dimensions specified, or the on-sceen colours of our products may vary slightly due to the variables in screen resolution and technology. If you are unsure about a particular product, please feel free to contact us for more information.

If for some reason you are unhappy with your wall sticker and have not opened it, then you may return the product within 7 days of receipt. As long as the returned product is in the same unused / undamaged condition as when you received it, then you can exchange it for a different product in stock of the same value, with an additional postage charge. Please be aware that the return postage is to be paid by you. Please also note that for us to be able to resell the products, only unopened products in their original packaging are returnable.
To return an item, login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

NOTE: Customised Decals cannot be returned.

Damaged & Faulty Wall Decals

Our wall stickers are made of the highest quality vinyl available on the market and we are confident that you will receive a perfect product, as our decals are produced on order and therefore made especially for you. However, should you believe to have received a damaged product from us, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will replace merchandise that is damaged due to manufacturing defects or shipping damage within 7 days of the date of receipt at no extra cost. In case of a faulty product claim, please note that you are required to return the decal to us.

If you do experience issues with the application of your decal, it might be due to surface suitability (see below). However, if you do believe that you have been sent a faulty product, please contact us via email at info@wallexpressions.com.au, and return your product directly to our PO Box address: PO Box 334, Upper Coomera, QLD. If we test the returned decal and find the product to be faulty, we will refund your money or provide you with a new decal.

Surface Suitability

Although we produce our wall decals from high quality, European manufactured vinyl, some surfaces might not be suitable for our vinyl decals - please make sure you use your test decal to test the suitability of your surface before applying your wall decal. You can also request a test decal to be sent to you before you order your decal. In the rare case that you experience problems with the adhesive of your wall decal, please make sure you contact us during the application process. Refunds or returns cannot be accepted in the case of an unsuitable surface. Please refer to our FAQs as there are hints and tricks as to how to make the decal stick to your wall if you are experiencing application issues.
